I shared this photo on Instagr.am yesterday, but I’m not sure how much that audience + this audience crosses over, so double sharing because I love it so much :) It’s Hazel playing with her doll house and putting her babies to bed. (We have this little dollhouse in the bay window of our bedroom because I love watching my kiddos play on the floor when I’m in there.)
And as a bonus, I’ll share a happy little tip for Mamas with little girls who love to put their babies to bed! (I decided to do this after finding tissues all over the house covering up little “babies” and I realized that I could do better for my little gal).
Also, it’s a great way to use up your fabric scraps!
Just cut squares or rectangles or whatever sizes work from your scraps and serge the edges. Make a big pile of them – almost like a pile of tiny handkerchiefs – and hand them over to your Mini Mama. Delight!
You’ll save a bundle of Kleenex and your perpetual campground of sleeping babies will be smattered with fabrics you love!
Win-win! Have a lovely Friday!
So sweet.
great idea!!
p.s. frame the first photo ;)
a little mama in the making! love, love, love.
