This is the face of a kid in a candy store.
And that’s absolutely what happens when you let me visit a building full of awesome people and beautiful clothes in San Francisco. My eyes will light up and I will embarrass myself repeatedly with my childlike enthusiasm.
I told y’all about our first day at the StitchFix HQ a couple of weeks ago, but I haven’t yet taken the time to tell you about the StitchFix Hizzy.
(Yes, that’s what they affectionately call the warehouse. And for the record, as a white, 30-year-old woman with curls in her hair and wearing a maroon polka-dot sweater, you WILL get funny looks in public if people overhear you saying you’re “headed to the Hizzy”. I know this from experience.)
I thought our day styling faux fixes and weighing in on new style designs was fun. But honestly, the day we spent at the Hizzy was thrilling! We got to pack fixes, process returns, tag racks of clothes, and interact with some of the coolest, most welcoming and most interesting people I’ve ever met. I was legitimately bummed when it was time to leave.
These people love their jobs. It was all over their faces and it was absolutely contagious.
(and yes, that middle/right photo is me being super enthusiastic about tossing returns into bins. It’s cool guys. Not everyone can be as hip as me. I won’t tell you how many of those tosses I actually completely missed… Athletic, I am evidently NOT.)
Honestly, I’m looking back on these photos and I just want to smile that big all over again!

I know I’ve told y’all about StitchFix several times before (click here for thumbnails of all of my StitchFix posts), and that I’m due to share some of my latest favorite Fix keepers with you (so many great sweaters!!). But today, I thought it might be fun to tell you that StitchFix is finally making gift cards available – just in time for Christmas!
Treat your sister or your Mama or best friend to a Fix.
Ooh – how about your pastor’s wife or your child’s teacher?!
OR, ask for a StitchFix gift card for yourself!
It’s personal. It’s foolproof. And it feels super fancy to give the gift not just of clothes, but of their very own stylist!
Happy Sunday, friends! Hope you are staying warm!!
Just stopped by to say I love your Stitch Fix posts! I got that sweater in my November fix – I love it. It fits well and looks great.
